Setar Mirza was awarded to Alireza Ghorbani

According to the Arya Heritage report, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Crafts of Mazandaran, on the sidelines of Alireza Ghorbani’s concert, which was held on Friday evening, November 5, 1402, in the concert hall of Duniya Arzoo Complex, Mohammad Tankabani gave Alireza Ghorbani a three-stringed instrument called Setar Mirza.

According to this Mazni artist, the reason for this name (se tar Mirza) is due to the efforts of master Mirza Abdallah Farhani, an incomparable player of tar and se tar in Iranian classical music (traditional music), because the current music of the country is indebted to him.

In addition to making and playing stringed and three-stringed instruments, Tankabani is active in the field of classical singing and is the head tenor of the Mazandaran Philharmonic Choir.
