Setting up a follow-up system for cooperative supplementary medical insurance obligations by the country’s public library institution

In order to follow up on the requests of the colleagues of the public libraries of the country regarding supplementary insurance obligations, the director general of human resources and support affairs announced the launch of the supplementary insurance obligation follow-up system, according to the financial news report, quoting from the information base of the country’s public libraries institution.
Mohammad Ali Mohammadi said: Considering the importance of dealing with the ambiguities and questions of colleagues regarding some supplementary insurance obligations, a registration and follow-up system for supplementary insurance obligations has been launched. Based on this, colleagues who have doubts about this matter can register their review request by referring to the welfare system, so that this request will be followed up until the result is obtained.
The director general of human resources and support affairs clarified: the requests registered in the first stage are referred to the welfare expert of the province for follow-up. If the person is not satisfied with the result, the matter will be referred to the director general of the province. In the next step, in case of dissatisfaction with the result, the registered documents and request will be referred to the staff’s welfare expert for follow-up. All these steps will be communicated to colleagues through SMS.
It should be mentioned that according to the new agreement in January 1401 with cooperative insurance, it is possible to receive documents and pay damages online. In this process, colleagues have 1 month to send the original documents to the provincial capital to present to the insurance representative.
