Setting up a simple Iftar table with local foods under a traditional black tent

According to the Aria Heritage report, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Ilam Province, Farzad Sharifi stated that the purpose of this iftar table is to promote, promote and explain the simple table far from luxury and exorbitant costs.

Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Ilam province added: In this iftar table, the people present at the exhibition and the exhibitors were treated with all kinds of local and traditional breads and sweets of Ilam province, which are nationally registered.

He clarified: Shalehakineh (a type of pastry), Bezhibarsaq, Kolehkonji, Saji bread, and local soup were among the foods of the Iftar table.

Sharifi explained that this iftar table was spread under the black tent, and explained the reason for choosing local foods in this iftar table and the place of the black tent: introducing and knowing the local and traditional sweets of Ilam province and the traditional tent of the nomads of the province to the travelers and tourists of Nowruz. Non-native has been one of the goals of this iftar table.

Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Ilam continued: The coincidence of Eid Nowruz and the holy month of Ramadan is a good opportunity to explain the philosophy of fasting, especially for children, teenagers and young people, as well as to introduce local and traditional foods of Ilam to tourists.

He reminded: breaking the fast leads to increased sustenance, humanity and love, bond of compassion and promotion of kindness and friendship, although the most important effect of breaking the fast is promoting the culture of fasting, while it also brings great happiness and freshness to the month of Ramadan.
