Seyed Mohammad Hashemi became Legal, Parliamentary and Provincial Affairs Deputy

According to Fars News Agency, the sentence of Mohammad Mehdi Ismaili addressed to Seyed Mohammad Hashemi reads:

“Dear Dr. Seyed Mohammad Hashemi

In view of your merit, valuable experiences and knowledge of your abilities and revolutionary and scholastic spirit; According to this ruling, you will be appointed as the “Legal, Parliamentary and Provincial Affairs Deputy”.

We hope that by relying on God Almighty and the cooperation and interaction of all relevant areas, you will make serious efforts to plan and take the necessary measures as follows:

1. Planning, following up and regulating the relations of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance with the esteemed representatives of the Islamic Consultative Assembly for the purpose of

A) Explain the plans and justify the relevant plans and bills

B) Addressing the demands of the esteemed members of parliament regarding public issues and issues related to the constituency

C) Establishing an active and continuous relationship of all deputies and affiliated organizations with the esteemed cultural commission and the general representatives

2. Planning, supervising and following up on the affairs of the general administrations of the provinces of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, including:

A) Planning and coordination in identifying qualified people for appointments in provincial administrations

B) Supervising the performance of provincial departments

C) Establishing continuous interaction between the provincial general managers and the esteemed representatives of the Supreme Leader in the provinces and the Holy Imams, governors and other provincial officials

3. Planning and following up to carry out legal and judicial affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in the field of:

A) Identify legal deficiencies and weaknesses in the relevant laws and regulations

B) Defending legal rights and approved duties in resolving relevant legal conflicts

C) Defending the legal rights of the general public of culture, art and media against complaints in the courts

D) Supervising all stages of the process of preparing and concluding domestic and foreign contracts of all departments of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance

4. Establishing extensive and continuous interaction between different departments of the ministry with popular networks and cultural activities of the Revolutionary Faithful Front throughout the country and using their extensive capacities to promote cultural, artistic and media activities.

I ask God Almighty for more success in serving the holy system of the Islamic Republic and achieving the goals of the people’s government, under the care of Hazrat Vali-e-Asr (AS) and the wise leadership of Grand Ayatollah Imam Khamenei (AS).

It is worth mentioning that Seyed Mohammad Hashemi was born in 1986 and has a doctorate in public law from Allameh Tabatabai University and a master’s degree in jurisprudence and principles of Islamic law from the University of Tehran.

Among his executive records, we can mention the deputy of Khatam Al-Awsiya Cultural Foundation, the managing director of Sarcheshmeh Cultural Complex (memorial to the martyrs of the 7th of Tir), the deputy of Basij Organization of Artists, the deputy of empowerment and provincial affairs of Ouj Media Arts Organization.

Hashemi has also been in charge of the media headquarters of the Jihad Narration of the Social Cultural Front of the Islamic Revolution for some time and is a member of the plan and program council of the Fatah Narration Foundation.

Seyed Mohammad Hashemi’s membership in the Strategic Council of the Provincial Arts Departments and a member of the Central Council of the University Jihad Students Organization is another.

It should be noted that Ali Asghar Karandish was previously in charge of this position in the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, and the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance thanked and appreciated the services and efforts of Karandish during his service at the time of his retirement.
