Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah’s proposal regarding the import of Iranian fuel is a positive development – Mehr news agency Iran and world’s news

According to Mehr news agency, quoted by Al-Nashrah website, the head of Lebanon’s Arab Tawheed Party, Wiam Wahab, reacted to the recent remarks of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, regarding the import of fuel from Iran.

While welcoming the proposal of the Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, he emphasized: Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah’s proposal regarding the import of fuel from Iran is a positive development that should be implemented.

He added: Of course, those who are against such an action in the field of fuel import from Iran should be brought to the fore.

Wahab emphasized: I consider opposing this proposal a betrayal of the Lebanese people and their interests, because the fuel imported from Iraq will suffice Lebanon until the end of August, so we should welcome Iranian fuel.

It should be noted that Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, emphasized in a conversation with Al-Mayadeen last night: I am ready to provide free fuel from Iran to meet the needs of Lebanon’s power plants, if the Lebanese government agrees to this proposal.

The Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah continued to express deep regret and added: “Lebanon does not have the necessary political courage to implement such a decision, because they are afraid of American sanctions against themselves and their families.”
