Pursuant to Article 2 of the Administrative Violations Law and Article 3 of its Executive Regulations, and based on the proposal of the Inspection, Performance Management and Complaints Response Center and the Minister’s representative in Article 34 of the Executive Regulations of the Law on Administrative Violations and approval of the Appointment Supervision System Boards No. 58746, according to this decree, you will be appointed as “the main member of the third branch of the primary board for investigating the violations of the employees of the relevant ministry” for a period of three years.
