With an investment of 1,500 billion rials and job creation for more than 600 people, this factory has an annual production capacity of 800 tons of airbag fabric and by producing about 4.5 million square meters of airbag fabric, it eliminates the need for the country after 50 years of importing this product. .
Domestic production of car airbag fabrics will save 30 million euros per year.
Commencement of construction of Steel Cord project
Following this ceremony, the steel cord project of Saba Yarn Tire Company was overhauled by the CEO of the Social Security Organization.
The first phase of this project, with an investment of 3300 billion rials and job creation for more than 250 people, has an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of Etsel Cord.
By exploiting this national project, Nakhtir Saba Company will be the only company in the Middle East and also one of the few companies in the world that produces various products in the industry of various tire reinforcements. Being individual is very important for this province of Zanjan.
Due to the change in tire production technology from bias to radial and in order to coordinate with the world industry, the implementation of this project is very necessary and vital for the tire industry and this factory plays an important role in meeting the growing need of the country’s tire industry for raw material and steel It will meet the needs of domestic tire manufacturers, which is the most important advantage of the project.
It is worth mentioning that the Rubber Industries Investment and Development Company is in its twentieth year of operation, and is currently the largest producer of orthodontic textiles and industrial fabrics in the Middle East, and had already made our country self-sufficient in the production of car tire yarn.
