But now the Ministry of Security has published a report and in it has pointed out the reasons for people’s dissatisfaction with the cars produced. 5.3% of Iran Khodro customers stated that they received a car that had a technical problem and immediately had to return the purchased car to the repair shop and dealership.

This percentage is higher for Saipa customers. 2 8.3% of Saipa customers said that they received a car that was defective.

This is despite the fact that the standard organization has not published a car quality report for a long time, and Iran’s Quality and Standard Inspection Company has not published any car report.

What is wrong with zero cars?

Incompleteness of delivered cars and technical defects are only one of the reasons for people’s dissatisfaction with car manufacturers. But what are the other reasons for people’s dissatisfaction with car manufacturers?

In a report, the Ministry of Security has announced the many reasons for people’s dissatisfaction with car manufacturers. Of course, in the report of the Ministry of Safety, 78% of Iran Khodro customers were satisfied with the quality of delivered cars, and only 22% of customers were dissatisfied.

The third reason for people’s dissatisfaction with the performance of car manufacturers is significant. 1.5% of customers were dissatisfied with the dirtyness of the car they received. In this context, an auto industry insider has announced that most of the car’s dirtiness is due to incomplete products that have been left in the parking lot of car manufacturers for days and months.

Improper treatment, long delivery time of the car at the dealership, non-compliance of the delivered car with the registration, inappropriate way of training the car, non-delivery of car accessories, long registration time and zero mileage of the car are other factors of customer dissatisfaction with Iran Khodro products. have been.

What are Saipa’s problems?

According to the Ministry of Security report, 64.5% of customers were satisfied with Saipa products and 36% were not satisfied with the condition of the delivered cars.

20.3% were dissatisfied with the car not being delivered on time, and 8.3% of them said that they received a car that was defective.

Non-delivery of documents with 4.8% and improper treatment with 3.6% have the most dissatisfaction among Saipa customers. The customers of this company have also complained about the cost of payment as well as the car being dirty, and they have put the non-delivery of car accessories in their dissatisfaction items.
