As Reddit users, Apple Support Forums and website forums MacRumors explained, the problem seems to have started after the iOS 16.2 update, although others have claimed that the problem even existed in older versions of Apple’s operating system for iPhones.

Also, a Reddit user claimed that an Apple engineer informed him that the company is working on a software patch to fix this problem, but the exact details are not yet known.

There is currently no fixed solution available for this iPhone 14 Pro issue. However, according to 9to5mac reportsApparently, some users have managed to partially fix this problem by doing things like turning off the always-on display feature, turning off the phone manually, and resetting it.

Apple is currently testing iOS 16.3 with developers and public beta testers, but the update is not expected to be available until early next year. The latest stable version of Apple’s mobile operating system is iOS 16.2, which was released last month with several new features, including a new app called Freeform Similar to a digital whiteboard, a karaoke feature called Sing for Apple Music and end-to-end encryption on iCloud was released.
