Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development, last Wednesday, referring to the registration of 2 million 456 thousand families in the National Housing Movement, said that all but 100,000 of these applicants have been refined.
He added that the list of refined applicants has been sent to the cardboards of the relevant provinces and organizations, adding: “After this stage, the physical control of the documents and the fifth condition, ie 5 years of residence, will be examined.”
Registration of national housing for singles from 20 January
Mahmoudzadeh continued: “According to this, in the new registration period, single men over the age of 23 can register in the National Housing Movement (Saman) system from next Monday, January 11th.”
Parvaneh Aslani, Director General of the Housing Economics Office of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, also announced the registration of 2.5 million applicants in the National Housing Movement and announced a two-month opportunity to register in the remaining cities.
Aslani reminded that the registration of the National Housing Movement has started for 640 cities and the number of cities has increased over time, adding: the case of the cities in which the registration started on October 19th was closed on January 6th.
He stated that the registration of 720 cities will start on Monday, January 11th, and specified: the registration of single gentlemen is on the agenda and its instructions have not been finalized yet.

He explained: If the singles are not married at the time of delivery, in addition to land costs, construction costs, all discounts related to building permits, facilities, taxes, and removal, and all costs related to the residential unit are calculated based on the day price and Will be received from single applicants.
The average price of each residential unit built in Tehran during December this year has increased to 32 million and 560 thousand tomans. If the area of the units is to be 100 square meters in the National Housing Movement, the applicants will pay more than 3.2 billion Tomans without considering government subsidies. The amount will definitely increase significantly in the next two years, when the units of the National Housing Movement will be delivered.
