Siteandsound chose “Full Moon Killers” as the movie of the year

According to the Fars film reporter, the number one film of Site End Sound did not surprise any reader; “Full Moon Killers”. Scorsese’s last film is included in most of the 2023 selection lists, but the critics of this magazine left no stone unturned for the last work of this master of cinema and praised the visual and spiritual approach of the film.

Sights&Sounds’ number two film is Jonathan Glazer’s controversial The Favorite Zone, which appears on many of the year’s shortlists. Glazer’s first film since “Under the Skin” in 2013 will soon begin its release.

Five other filmmakers with distinct styles appear in the top ten: Yorgos Lanthimos (Poor Creatures), Christopher Nolan (Oppenheimer), Greta Gerwig (Barbie), Ira Sach (Passages) and Todd Haynes (May December).
