According to Moj News Agency, Sadegh Ziaeian stated: According to the analysis of the latest forecast maps, today (December 8) the precipitation system gradually entered the country from the west and northwest and caused snowfall in the provinces of East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, Kurdistan, Kermanshah, Lorestan and Ilam. He added: “On Tuesday (December 12), this situation is forecast in the provinces of Khuzestan, Lorestan, Ilam, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Kermanshah, South Kurdistan, East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan and the heights of Zanjan, Qazvin, Alborz and Tehran provinces.”
