According to the financial news report, quoted by Maskan Bank-Hibna news site, Mehrdad Bazarpash, Minister of Roads and Urban Development, during today’s field visit to the 1,000-unit Soban Qarchak project, was informed about the process of completing and securing the units of this project, and among the good and quick measures Maskan Bank praised for solving the problems and securing this project.

Stating that the construction work in this project is being completed with maximum elegance, he said: Currently, extensive tests are being carried out in the technical laboratory of mechanics and soil in the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to ensure the strength of the soil in the region, and the results will be available within a few days. It will be announced and reviewed the next day.

Bazerpash said: This project will be completed soon with the cooperation of the Housing Bank and will be delivered in a model similar to the National Housing Movement’s project, which will be included in the projects delivered to needy households.

He clarified: The Soban Gharchak project was launched 20 years ago, and its implementation and construction was completed almost 10 years ago. However, due to some existing problems, it was not delivered to the people, and within the last two and a half months, it will soon return to the supply cycle in the housing market by handing it over to Maskan Bank and financing and executive operations by this bank.
