He explained: In order to create suitable and lasting infrastructures to support people as owners and operators of historical buildings, facilities up to 360 million Tomans for Tehran, 320 million Tomans for big cities and 200 million Tomans for villages have been considered and this order The action has been notified to all banks in the country.

Davari added: In addition to these facilities, it is expected that these units will receive housing deposit loans up to 100 million tomans for the period of restoration and construction. Also, soon, with the cooperation of other institutions, the executive instructions for the allocation of these loans, which have a 5-year repayment period, will be determined for the maximum benefit of the people in historical contexts.

Director General of Preservation and Restoration of Historical Buildings, Textures and Areas noted: The Ministry of Cultural Heritage seeks to develop and promote restoration and restoration in the country’s historical textures instead of destruction and renovation. Renovation is not our desired destination, but what we have in historical contexts, we support and protect as much as possible, and restoration and retrofitting is done by the people themselves.
