In this context, Behrouz Qarabeigi, Director General of Khuzestan Customs, referring to the implementation of goods laws for travelers at the country’s borders, says: in general, all the rules and regulations that exist for the goods accompanying passengers during entry and exit are also applied at the border customs.

According to Qarabeigi, it is prohibited to carry basic goods and market regulation goods that are needed in the domestic market, such as rice, sugar, oil, chicken, meat, medicine, and pilgrims are not allowed to leave these items from the borders.
