Some equity companies do not have the possibility to enter the stock market – Tejaratnews
According to Tejarat News, Majid Eshghi, head of the stock exchange organization, said regarding the entry of 13 non-stock equity companies to the stock market: two of these companies have been appointed so far, and for the rest of the companies, the privatization organization has been appointed to follow up and the acceptance of these companies will be done. We also emphasized to the stock and non-stock companies to handle this issue as soon as possible.
Eshghi continued: Some of these companies do not have the necessary conditions for admission. But those who have the conditions, their work is being done. Two companies have been accepted and their transaction is in progress, but regarding the acceptance of other companies, a specific time cannot be announced and the companies should speed up the delivery of documents.
Transparency in transactions on May 17 is being investigated
In response to a question regarding the transparency of transactions on May 17, Ayazlou, a member of the Board of Directors of the Stock Exchange Organization, said: The problem we faced was to identify the transactions that took place on these dates based on the final information. If a violation has been committed, this case will be followed up either through the judicial authorities or through the follow-up of the violations of the stock exchange organization.
He continued: In this follow-up, two methods were carried out and we had a list of final information holders. At one stage, we checked the transactions that were done on these dates with the final information, which did not deal with common cases. In another investigation, the transactions that were done on these two dates were examined in terms of traders’ behavioral patterns during a period. Necessary follow-ups have been done from the competent authorities and as soon as a response is received in this regard, it will be followed up on the violation follow-up channel of the organization and possible violations will be notified.
