Sony unveiled a device called Xperia Stream + video


Sony by holding a new gaming event of a new accessory called “Xperia Stream” (Xperia Stream) for the flagship phone “Xperia 1 Mark 4”. Also, in this event, the gaming version of this phone was introduced, which has differences from the normal version in terms of specifications.

Unlike game controllers, Xperia Stream (As the name suggests) it’s only for streaming, as it doesn’t provide users with any additional buttons or joysticks. In fact, Sony’s new device is a cooling system and streaming platform for the Xperia 1 Mark 4, powered by the phone’s USB-C port and placed on the back panel like a frame.

Sony has designed the Xperia Stream in such a way that it is comfortable for users to hold during long streams. Its specifications include a cooling fan for temperature control and four ports, which include an HDMI port with support for 1080p and 120 Hz output, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, and an Ethernet port.

In addition, Xperia Stream integrates with the Game Booster found on the Xperia 1 Mark 4 to measure the device’s health and boost its cooling fan performance when needed.

Sony’s Xperia Stream is sold for $160 in Japan. The gaming version of the Xperia 1 Mark 4 is also priced at $1,225, and its official sale will begin on Thursday, September 15 (24 September). It is not yet clear whether these devices will enter the global markets or not.
