Musk shared the details of SpaceX’s negotiations with Apple on Twitter yesterday, revealing that part of the deal included offering Starlink internet to iPhone users. He also praised the iPhone team in his recent tweet and expressed his hope that Apple will meet his expectations:

We have had promising discussions with Apple regarding Starlink connectivity to the company’s phones. Adaptable Starlink space team can bring better performance compared to just simulated Starlink cell towers.

The Starlink project is expanding day by day and covers more regions of the world. Currently, to use the Starlink Internet, you need ground stations and a special dish, but the purpose of the mask is to connect mobile phones to it without using a dish or a ground station and directly communicating with space signals.

According to Elon Musk, for mobile phones to access the Starlink Internet, satellites containing large and special antennas have been used to broadcast phone frequency bands. The launch of these satellites has not yet started and is currently being developed at the Boca Chica, Texas facility.
