So far, a lot of information has been released about the Galaxy S22 Ultra, but now it’s time for the Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus to see what lenses and sensors are used in the rear camera and selfie. Apparently, both devices are supposed to have a triple camera with a 50-megapixel main lens.
According to an informed source named Ice Universe, The Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus will have a triple camera on the back cover. This camera has a 50-megapixel main lens with a 1 / 1.57-inch sensor, a pixel size of 1 micrometer and an aperture of f / 1.8. In addition, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with a 1 / 2.55-inch sensor, a 1.4-micrometer pixel size and an f / 2.2 aperture, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with a 1 / 3.24-inch sensor, a 1.22-micron pixel size, The f / 2.4 aperture and triple optical zoom capability are also included in this module.
Both models use a 10-megapixel camera with a 1 / 3.24-inch sensor, a pixel size of 1.22 micrometers and an aperture of f / 2.2. The main sensor of these products is larger than the previous generation. The telephoto camera is apparently no longer a low-resolution 64-megapixel camera like the previous generation.
With that said, the two weaker members of the Galaxy S22 family are equipped with a stronger main camera and zoom lens than last year. In addition, thanks to the 50-megapixel camera, both phones can support 8K video recording. The Galaxy S22 comes with a 6.06-inch display and the Galaxy S22 Plus with a 6.55-inch display.
Earlier it was reported that the Galaxy S22 Ultra will probably use a quad-camera. This camera includes a 108-megapixel main lens, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 12-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 12-megapixel periscope lens with 10x optical zoom.
The next family of Samsung flagships will probably be introduced on February 10, and will enter the market after 10 days from February 20.
