According to Tejarat News, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, Mehrdad Bazarpash, said at the opening ceremony of 10,000 Mehr residential units in the new city of Pardis: It is easy to talk about the completion of 10,000 residential units, but the construction of 10,000 residential units will definitely be time-consuming and difficult because Coordination between housing chains is complex.
He added: 240,000 unfinished Mehr housing units were inherited by the 13th government without financial resources and applicants, and sometimes some applicants waited more than 10 years for the delivery of the Mehr housing units, which was done with great difficulty by the 13th government by equipping Resources and financing were done and now we are witnessing the opening of 10,000 residential units in the campus.
Completion of Mehr housing project in the 13th government
Bazarpash announced the completion of the remaining 140,000 units of Mehr housing in the 13th government and announced that 7,000 units will be delivered by the fall of this year, 12,000 units by the end of the year, and all units will be delivered by the end of the 13th government.
He said: Currently, more than 1,760,000 residential units are being implemented in the form of the National Housing Movement plan, and with great efforts, more than 50,000 hectares of land were secured for the construction of National Housing Movement units, and this process will continue.
He mentioned the transfer of land for the Youth of the Population project as one of the other issues of interest in the field of housing and said: a total of 32,000 plots of land under the Youth of the Population plan will be delivered to the applicants during this month.
Referring to the statistics of the Central Bank and Statistics Center, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development said that there was a positive jump in the construction and housing sector in the current year and said: In the spring of last year, housing growth was negative and this year, according to the evidence of these centers, it reached a positive 6.4 percent.
He said: In order to reduce inflation, it is necessary to boost the production and supply of housing, and in this way, all the elements, including the banking system, should have effective help in this way.
Bazarpash emphasized: The cost of the units of the National Housing Movement is one of the important issues being followed up, and the factors of housing production, such as construction materials and steel, will reach the builders at a controlled price, and this issue is emphasized by the President.
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development emphasized: The regulation of the real estate and rental market, as well as the supervision of real estate consulting firms, are among the other issues under consideration by the government, and we are trying to reduce speculation in the housing sector to zero.
