However, during the spring of the last two years (1400-1399), due to the outbreak of the corona virus, we did not see the constant tradition of opening the doors of theaters to the audience and lovers of the performing arts during the Nowruz holidays; But at the same time as we said goodbye to the fourteenth century and entered the fifteenth century in the spring of 1401, after a week of theater closures and at the same time as National Performing Arts Day (April 7), we saw theaters re-breathe and theaters host an audience that no doubt Their tails have a direct effect on keeping this art alive.

In the beginning of the first season of theatrical performances in the new century and the spring of 1401, we see the hosting of eight theaters out of 11 plays in the capital.

Wake up in Theatershahr with “Dr. Noon” and “Insomnia”

In this play, which is welcomed by the audience every day except Saturdays at 19:30 in the main hall of the Theatershahr complex with a duration of 95 minutes; Hamed Komili, Behnam Tashkar, Shiva Makinian, Arefeh Memarian, Zohreh Partovi, Kambiz Amini, Ali Khazeni, Mohammad Reza Bakhtiari, Saman Tirandaz, Marjan Aghanouri and a group of theater students are present as actors.

The play Insomnia, written and directed by Saeed Hashemipour, will be hosted by the theater audience for 80 minutes from 7 pm in the Shadow Hall of the Shahr Theater Complex.

This play, which started its first round of public performance on February 19, 2014, after a week-long closure of the Theatershahr complex on the occasion of Nowruz, coincided with the reopening of the series on April 27, on the occasion of the National Day of Performing Arts. The end of April will welcome the lovers of performing arts.

Also, the two plays of Hamlet Poshtkuhi written and directed by Ebrahim Poshtkuhi and Khomari written and directed by Amin Behrozi will start their performances from April 5, 1401 in Qashqai and Chaharso theaters of the Shahr Theater, respectively.

Spring of Iranshahr Theater with “Baby” Fatemeh Motamedaria

The children’s play, written by Naghmeh Samini and directed by Afsaneh Mahian, will be hosted by the theater audience for 80 minutes from 7 pm in the Samandarian Hall of Iranshahr Theater.

The children’s play is one of the works that was staged in the winter of 1998 and less than a week after its performance, the theaters were closed due to the corona epidemic and its performance in the four-sided hall of the theater complex was not completed.

This play, which had been staged in Iranshahr Theater before Esfand in 1400 and was extended to Farvardin 1401 due to the audience’s welcome, is the fifth collaboration between Naghmeh Samini and Afsaneh Mahian, starring Mehran Nail, Shiva Fallahi and Fatemeh. Motamed Aria will go on stage.

The narration of “Tale of the Century” in Sepand Theater at the beginning of the century

The play The Tale of the Century, written and directed by Hamed Sheikhi, will be staged for 55 minutes every day except Saturdays at 7 pm in Hall No. 2 of Sepand Campus.

The Story of the Century is the only play left from the performance season of Esfandmah 1400, which continued to be hosted by the theater audience without a break from the first day of Farvardin. In fact, it can be considered the last performance of the 14th century theater and the first performance of the 15th century.

Black Ridicule is one of the most successful performances of the year 1400, which began its public performances in mid-February last year at the Innoflushato mansion. Due to the volume of audience reception, we are witnessing the extension of this play in April 1401.
