Spying on Russian users with iPhones

“The FSB has discovered one of the intelligence operations of the American special services using Apple phones. [اپل] It presents a wide range of opportunities for US intelligence agencies to monitor White House targets and their partners in anti-Russian activities and their own citizens.”
These intelligence operations are said to have targeted the iPhones of Russian citizens and foreign diplomats stationed in the country, including diplomats from Israel, Syria and China. The FSB claims to have discovered the NSA maps with the help of Russia’s Federal Protection Service, the agency that protects Russian leaders.
Earlier this year, Russia ordered officials preparing for the 2024 presidential election to stop using Apple phones over security concerns about the iPhone being vulnerable to Western intelligence agencies. At that time, it was said that “Sergei Krinko”, the first vice president of Russia, informed the authorities that they have until April 1 (12 Farudin 1402) to change their phones.
While Russia has banned the use of iPhone by the authorities, Apple stopped its sales in this country after the Russian attack on Ukraine. Apple and the NSA have not yet responded to the new report.
