Standard evaluation of 34,000 human resources in “Ma” insurance company

Participation in the Human Resources Management Conference and awarding the Human Resources Award based on the 34,000 model, which is held annually by the University of Tehran with the aim of developing human resource management processes in organizations, requires the development management evaluation. The human capital of the company is evaluated by the evaluation team of the University of Tehran with the approach of examining how to implement the steps of this standard in the field of process and examining its results and effectiveness in measuring employees’ job attitudes during the past year.
According to this report, among the actions of “Ma” Insurance Company in implementing the 34,000 model of human resources with the presence and advice of Professor Gholipour, implementing four courses of employee performance management and evaluating its effectiveness, implementing three courses of measuring employees’ job attitudes according to the model, Calculating the indicators of 14 human resources processes in accordance with the model, formulating a human resource development management strategy plan of our insurance company 1404-1400 in line with the organization strategy and model and starting the implementation of job classification and 4P payroll system in accordance with the model.
It is worth mentioning that this conference will be held in February of this year at the University of Tehran.
