Start of delivery of 4,000 Mehr housing units on campus


According to Tejarat News, “Mehdi Hedayat” announced today (Monday) the start of the transfer of Mehr housing in more than 4 phases of the new city of Pardis and added: “Today, the delivery and transfer of 4,000 and 30 units of the remaining Mehr housing units began, including There were 2,000 units in phase 11, 1,400 units in phase eight and the rest in phases five and nine.

He said: “The owners of these units can take over their units from today, and the shortcomings that exist in some units will be investigated and corrected by the contractor at a specific time.”

Hedayat explained: With the start of delivery of 4,030 new units of Mehr housing on campus, the number of units ready for delivery exceeded 70,000 units.

Explaining that three units were delivered to the owners in three phases today, he said: “We did not wait for the official opening and we decided to start delivering the units to the people;” At the same time, in the coming days, with the presence of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, both the groundbreaking ceremony of the campus metro and the official opening of the units will be held.

The managing director of the new campus city stated that a large part of the remaining 14,000 units is in the stage of installation and completion of joinery operations, adding: “We do not have a single project unit stopped on the campus.”

Hedayat also said about the reason for the existence of 14,000 semi-finished Mehr housing units on campus: “From 1993 to 1998, 14,000 housing units were stopped and this operation has only started for two years.” It is now being completed with good progress and all units will be delivered.

“Apart from the units that have started operations in recent months, our effort is to deliver the remaining units to the owners within the next five months,” he said.

According to IRNA, currently 85% of the housing in the new city of Pardis has been completed and given to the owners. They are being constructed and completed in new phases.
