Start of payment of the housing production leap law loan from tomorrow


According to Tejarat News, Rostam Ghasemi reminded that yesterday in a meeting with the head of the Central Bank it was decided to announce the payment of the facilities of the Housing Production Leap Law to the banks today (November 4, 1400). One thousand billion tomans per year have been allocated to the housing sector.

He stated that if a bank does not fulfill this obligation, a 20% tax penalty will be imposed, adding: the share of each province and also the ceiling of the number of units in each city have been determined; These facilities have been announced and the builders can request the first part of these facilities from tomorrow morning, when they start the operational-executive work. These facilities are paid in several stages.

Ghasemi clarified: these facilities are subsidized and are among our obligations; Land is also provided to the applicant for 99 years, which is free of charge, which has been identified by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development for 900 cities.

According to the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, the lands considered are either within the city that will have a change of use or next to the city that will be annexed to the city. By law, other government offices in cities must be added to the law; If not allocated, the registry office will act unilaterally within one month to transfer ownership to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development under the Housing Production Leap Act.
