The director of stock exchange supervision of the Securities and Exchange Organization said: with the aim of streamlining, increasing liquidity and discovering a fair price for all shareholders, both real and legal, and in the implementation of the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange and in response to the demands and follow-ups of the shareholders and stakeholders of the stock exchange companies. Bahadar Tehran and Iran Energy Exchange became single symbols.

Amir Mehdi Sabaei announced: 100% of the assets of the shareholders of Tehran Stock Exchange and Iran Energy Exchange were transferred to the symbols “Exchange” and “Energy 3” and currently there are no assets in other relevant symbols. The symbols of “Kbours” and “Nbours” regarding the Tehran Stock Exchange and the symbols “Energy 1 and Energy 2” regarding the Iran Energy Exchange Company, removing and only trading the shares of the two mentioned companies as a single symbol, respectively, in the symbols “Exchange” and “Energy 3”. Done.

According to the announcement of the Stock Exchange Organization, Sabaei noted about the shares of the Iran Commodity Exchange Company: so far, about 87% of the total issued shares have been transferred to the main symbol “Kala” and the remaining shares in other symbols of that company are as follows:

At least 7 percent

This official in the stock exchange organization further stated: the complete transfer of assets from other symbols to the main symbol “commodity” immediately after going through the procedures for amending the articles of association, including holding an extraordinary meeting of shareholders, like the other two exchanges (Tehran Stock Exchange and Energy Exchange) Iran) will take place and this stock exchange will also be a single symbol.

In the end, Sabaei said: It should be noted that since the trading of the symbol of Iran Exchange Company has been carried out as a single symbol since the listing, by taking the aforementioned measures, three of the four symbols of Farkab are currently single symbols and according to the explanations provided And with planning, the commodity exchange will soon become a single symbol.
