Is stock market growth certain?
“The stock market is optimistic about the agreement,” Javad Fallahian, a capital market expert, told Tejarat News. It is not possible to have a proper strategy and decision for the market until Borjam is appointed. But news reports over the past few days, based on previous experience, show that an agreement is being reached.
“If the negotiations reach an agreement,” he explains. In the short term, industries such as automotive, banking, transportation and insurance will grow well. If there is no sharp agreement, the dollar-based stocks will be bullish.
“If there is no agreement, if the government wants to keep the price of the dollar low, we will have a hyperinflation in the country,” he said. But if the dollar rises in price, we will see an inflationary return on the stock market.
Fallahian says: Borjam negotiations are in a state of uncertainty. This big deal is doing a lot of damage to the capital market. If the situation is determined and assigned, all markets, especially the stock market, will be in a good situation.
