Applicants must be married or a head of household to receive housing deposit facilities.
Individuals with an official lease or a lease registered in the real estate transaction registration system and have a tracking code.
– If the applicant does not complete his / her documents and guarantors within two weeks from the date of introduction to the bank branches, the applicant’s application will be rejected.
The ceiling of housing deposit facilities is 70 million Tomans in Tehran, Mashhad, Isfahan, Karaj, Shiraz, Tabriz, Qom, Ahvaz and Kermanshah 40 million Tomans and 25 million Tomans in other cities, according to the approval of the National Corona Headquarters.
The repayment of these facilities is 5 years for Tehranians and 3 years for other citizens; The interest rate of this facility for all applicants will be 13%.
According to the approval of the National Headquarters against Corona, 10 thousand billion tomans have been considered for the implementation of this resolution. Applicants still have the opportunity to register their application in the announced system.
According to the report, before the loan registration deadline was extended, many applicants faced problems such as finding an official guarantor and also choosing a bank, which Mahmoudzadeh said they were consulting with the central bank to resolve.
It seems that the banks are currently reluctant to reform the procedure for paying housing deposit facilities, and despite many warnings from housing officials as well as many representatives regarding having two guarantors, this method is still continued by banks.
It is worth mentioning that more than 340 thousand people have been introduced to the banking system so far and about 1.2 million applicants have registered and about 340 thousand applicants have uploaded their documents and 17 thousand people have received housing deposit facilities.
