According to the Arya Heritage report, quoting from the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Yazd Province, Jalal Dehghan announced this news and said: following the unauthorized construction in the historical context of Taft, this issue was initiated by the protection unit of the Department of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Taft. The head of Taft’s Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Department added: The owner of the building, in the privacy of the historical fabric of Taft, started construction without the coordination and permission of the Cultural Heritage Department and continued to work despite repeated warnings.
Dehghan emphasized: According to the Islamic Penal Code, any intrusion and operation that leads to the destruction and changing of the identity of historical monuments is considered a crime, and according to the duty of the Cultural Heritage Administration regarding the protection and maintenance of historical buildings and structures, any illegal construction It will be dealt with in the historical context, therefore the owners of the property in the historical context must obtain the necessary permission from the cultural heritage department before any construction.
