The head of the National Center for Prediction and Crisis Management of Weather Risks added: “On Sunday (March 1), the intensity of rainfall will increase in the mentioned areas, and in addition, rainfall areas will continue in northern Fars and parts of the center.”

Referring to the expansion of the precipitation system, he said: On Monday (March 23), the activity of the precipitation system will gradually expand in the central, eastern and northeastern regions, and scattered rain is expected in the northeastern regions of the country early on Tuesday (March 23). Gradually, the system will leave the country.

According to Ziaeian, during Saturday (February 20) and Sunday (March 1) due to strong winds in Iraq and northern Saudi Arabia, dust in those areas and its transfer to the southwest and west of the country is far from expected. is not.

Referring to strong winds in dust-prone areas, Ziaeian said: Monday (March 23) in the central, southern, eastern and southern slopes of Alborz and Tuesday (March 23) in parts of the southeast and southern slopes of Alborz. Strong winds are forecast in dust-prone areas.
