Submitting a bill of 27,000 billion for government livelihood compensation to the parliament

According to Fars News Agency’s economic correspondent, Seyyed Ebrahim Ra’isi, President, today, November 10, 1400, in a letter to Qalibaf, Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, proposed a bill to provide basic goods, livestock inputs, medicine and medical equipment, and compensatory policies for the livelihood of vulnerable groups. Justification Introduction:

Considering the impact of the supply and prices of basic goods on rising global prices and climate change, and with the aim of providing adequate supply of basic goods, permanent inputs, medicine and medical equipment and supporting the livelihoods of vulnerable groups through subsidies, the following bill to do Legal formalities are provided.

Article 1- In order to compensate for the negative effects caused by the increase in world prices of imported livestock and agricultural inputs and the occurrence of drought this year and to ensure adequate supply of basic goods, permanent inputs, medicine and medical equipment, the credit ceiling is the subject of Part 3 (b). Note: A single article of the budget law of 1400 total countries will increase to 12 billion and 600 million dollars.

Article 2 – The government is allowed in the event of a change in the exchange rate of livestock inputs and basic goods from the revenues from changes in the rate of goods provided with the preferred currency, up to the amount of 270,000,000,000,000,000 Rials (27,000 billion Tomans). To deposit in the special account of the subsidy targeting organization with the treasury of the country. Until the end of the year, this amount will be spent on subsidies to individuals subject to the law “Obligation of the government to pay subsidies for basic goods” approved in 1399.

Note – The government is allowed, if the resources obtained from this single article are not sufficient to pay the subsidy, the difference up to the ceiling of 270,000,000,000,000,000 Rials (27,000 billion Tomans) from the moving rows of the table in Note 14 of Article Provide and pay the budget law unit of 1400 of the whole country.
