Sustainable development of Kleiber tourism depends on the maximum participation of private sector investors

According to the public relations of the General Directorate of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts of East Azerbaijan, Hossein Hatami, the representative of the people of Kalibar, Khodaafarin and Horand in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, met with the Director General of Heritage in Tehran on Saturday, February 30, 2014.
Referring to the rich capacities of Kalibar, Khodaafarin and Horand cities in the three fields of cultural heritage, tourism and handicrafts, Hatami said: “We are from all over the country and the world in this region, which has doubled the importance of paying attention to the tourism industry and strengthening its infrastructure.”
The representative of the esteemed people of Kalibar, Khodaafarin and Horand in the Islamic Consultative Assembly continued: Kleiber city should be done and tourists should choose to stay in such noble areas for their leisure time, so considering this issue, attracting investors and creating modern and eco-tourism resorts in this region is one of our important priorities in cooperation with the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of East Azerbaijan. “It is in line with the development of tourism in this city.”
Hatami said that the development of tourism in cities will be achieved by changing the role of the government from custodian to custodian. “Sustainable development in this industry is the maximum participation of the private sector.”
