Taliban to America: Do not interfere in the internal affairs of Afghanistan

According to IRNA’s report on Saturday, quoting Afghan media, Ned Price, the spokesperson of the US State Department, has recently raised the issue of human rights, women’s freedom, the form of government, etc. in his statements about Afghanistan and expressed concern about these issues.

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson of the US Ministry of Foreign Affairs, called these statements interference in Afghanistan’s internal affairs.

In a series of tweets, Mujahid asked America not to interfere in the internal affairs of Kabul. According to him, the Taliban has fulfilled its obligations in the Doha agreement with Washington.

In this regard, Mujahid wrote that the Taliban government has fulfilled all its obligations in the Doha Agreement with the United States and will not allow anyone to use Afghanistan’s soil against Washington and its allies.

The spokesperson of the Taliban government wrote: We are committed to respecting the rights of all citizens based on Sharia law. A normal and safe environment has been provided for Afghan women and men, and the rights of all minorities are respected.

Mujahid has added that the Taliban does not want to interfere in the affairs of other countries; In the same way, he asks other countries not to interfere in the internal affairs of Afghanistan and not to teach us how to live.

These statements are raised while “Ned Price”, the spokesperson of the US Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has repeatedly expressed concern about the situation of human rights, ethnic and religious minorities, women’s rights, and the closure of girls’ schools above the sixth grade, as well as the lack of an inclusive and responsive government. For this reason, not only has the government not recognized the Taliban, but it imposes more restrictions every day; Actions that have always been called excuses and anti-human behavior by the Taliban.

One of the pressures that the United States imposed on the people of Afghanistan after the fall of the republic was the blocking of seven billion dollars of Afghanistan’s foreign exchange reserves, and recently the spokesperson of the US State Department announced in a press conference that the negotiations with the Taliban would continue only on the release of half of these confiscated assets. had been given.
