Tart Farjam Farimah Farjami / The mountain of talent suddenly collapsed

If we look at it from the 1930s onwards, we had first-class artists who became addicted to drugs and alcohol, and while they were first-class artists, their lives were lost. For example, one of the best of these people was Dariush Rafiei, who got involved in addiction in his thirties, or Asghar Tashkhani, one of the greatest comedians of Iranian cinema and theater, who also got involved in the same way.
Charso Press: Farimah Farjami passed away at the age of 71. “If the port is in the sea of fire and the ship sits on the shore of snow, I will not set foot on the dock sea. Sir, Mah Munir (played by Ferimah Farjami), look at the wall of separation between you and your mother…” Mah Munir said this in the same sequence that Gholamreza (Akbar Abdi) sat behind the yellow and roofless four-wheeler and hit the heart of Khayal Road; He went and went and went to the back of the mountains to the bottom of the sky and reached the heart of the earth and joined “Mother”, “Mohammed Ibrahim” and “Aghajun”. Now there is no one to tell Gholamreza: write Mother is alive; But Gholamreza has to say once again: “A man’s mother is enough because she has no life.”
On the pretext of Farimah Farjami’s death, we had an interview with Ahmed Talebinejad, a film director and documentary maker, which you will read below.
Does the artist have an expiration date?
Artists have an expiration date like everyone, like all other business owners one day they will end. There is a saying that acting is one of the hardest jobs in the world after mining. Of course, one of the actors said that this is a lie, I am an actor and I have been doing this since I am 30 years old, there is no pressure on me and everyone loves me and takes pictures with me, but you go to the mine, you cannot work there for a single day. He does not take pictures with the people who are in the mine. That’s why I say that acting has an expiration date, and it doesn’t, but aging can be one of the factors of expiration, but what kind of aging? aging itself. A type of aging that has been a long trend in the cinema and theater of this country and some of our cinema and theater artists were asked to be victims of this aging.
What is voluntary aging and how does it happen?
If we look at it from the 1930s onwards, we had first-class artists who became addicted to drugs and alcohol, and while they were first-class artists, their lives were lost. For example, one of the best of these people was Dariush Rafiei, who got involved in addiction in his thirties, or Asghar Tashkhani, one of the greatest comedians of Iranian cinema and theater, who also got involved in the same way. This process continued until Khosro Shakibaei and many other artists who unfortunately died like this, actually committed a kind of suicide, although they may not be the main culprits of this incident.
Mrs. Farimah Farjami was one of the most creative and beautiful theater artists in the country, and the brilliance of this artist on the stage was much more than her ability to act in front of the camera, which unfortunately at one point suffered from severe addiction and a personal problem, and after that, from one point of time, the power of her acting It was reduced and her beauty suffered a lot. In the movie “Nargis” directed by Rakhshan Bani-Etamad, the image of this artist was destroyed and this process continued. The last time I saw him was in the movie “Laminor” by Dariush Mehrjooi and I remembered the time when he performed the play “Physicist” directed by Reza Karamrezaei on the stage of Vahdat Hall and all eyes were on him, but unfortunately when I saw him in “Laminor” I was very sorry that there was no sign of that remarkable talent left in this artist and I was sorry that he would not enter that area that was harmful to his body and mind. Unfortunately, the lifetime of this artist was very short, if he could shine for many more years like Fakhri Khoroosh.
Unfortunately, people like Farimah Farjami do not appreciate themselves, of course, they are not the only ones to blame for this situation, the group of friends and people who are next to them lead these people to self-destruction. Maybe many people will criticize that he is gone now and why are you saying these things? But it should be told to the younger generation that the end of entering some fields is only destruction, and if someone enters it, they must go to the bitter end, this should be told and warned to the young generation, there are not a few famous artists who are careful They were not themselves and they suffered destruction and unfortunately, we lost them very soon. On the opposite side, we have had and still have artists who chose a healthy life and such as Ali Nasirian and Ezzatullah Tazami were healthy for 9 decades and lived a life full of honor.
Unfortunately, some young artists suddenly forget what they are going to do after their first film, mistakenly thinking that going towards some abuses is one of the requirements of this profession.
How was your first encounter with Farimah Farjami?
The first time I saw this artist was in the office of a filmmaker friend and I still remember his penetrating eyes. He was a very respectable person and behaved very respectfully, and as far as I know, Mrs. Farjami came from a noble family.
How do you describe Farimah Farjami?
A creative artist who became haram. An actor who was very creative. One of the best roles of Mrs. Farjami was in Masoud Kimiyai’s “Lead” and then the artist’s brilliance was also brilliant in “The Last Curtain” by Warozh Karim Meshii and “Nargis” by Rokhshan Bani-Etemad.
When the name of this artist comes up, which movie do you remember?
“The Last Curtain” and “Nargis” were wonderful. But the image that remains in my mind is that a mountain of talent suddenly collapsed and deprived him of any talent.
