The Consolidation Commission added that this tax includes land without nobles and with residential use in cities with more than 100,000 people.

Giving an example, Zare explained: If a residential unit, villa garden, and land without nobles in cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants is worth 20 billion tomans per day, then it is exempt from paying tax, but if it is, for example, 25 billion tomans, it must be 5 billion tomans extra. pay 2 per thousand taxes; This tax is the responsibility of the person who is the owner at the beginning of each year.

The spokesperson of the Budget Bill 1402 Consolidation Commission said about the tax on luxury cars: In the government bill, it is stated that all types of passenger cars and vans with two cabins have a personal police number at the disposal of the owners, both natural and legal persons, whose daily price of the car is more than one billion and 500 million. Tomans, the excess of this amount is subject to the annual car tax at the rate of 1%; The consolidation commission increased the value of the car to 3 billion tomans.

Zare explained: According to the commission’s decision, if the daily value of a car is 3 billion tomans, it is exempt from tax, and above that, it will be taxed at 1%.
