1- What are your plans for fulfilling the slogan of the year “Production, support and dismantling”?
This year began in a situation where on the one hand the sanctions are as strong as in previous years and on the other hand the consequences of the outbreak of coronary heart disease continue to disrupt many of the country’s economic activities. In such circumstances, it is necessary for all executive bodies and trustees of different economic sectors, while maintaining cohesion, cooperation and coordination, to take the necessary measures to fulfill the slogan of the year and continue economic growth and improve the production environment in the country. . In this regard, Alborz Province Industry and Mining Bank, in line with the announced goals, programs and policies, tries to fulfill the slogan of the year while removing possible obstacles and restrictions by providing professional facilitation through financing of active industrial and mining units of the province and participation. In the implementation of development projects, financing of knowledge-based and export-oriented businesses and support of pharmaceutical companies in the province is on its agenda.

2- What are the most important policies and strategies of the branch in 1400?

3- What were the most important measures taken in 1999 and how successful were you in realizing last year’s plans? What were the reasons for your success?

5- After the formulation of the bank’s credit and strategic policies in 1400, what measures do you consider effective for the effective implementation of policies and for the purpose of creating synergy and streamlining the organization?

7- What methods do you use to attract more resources in the province?

Various credit and facility services according to the customer’s needs and in proportion to the concentration of their account, as well as the introduction of new digital banking products has increased the customer satisfaction of the branch and to focus more on their accounts with the bank, which ultimately leads to an increase every year. 8- What is the situation of the province in terms of industrial development and what potentials do you know for the industrial and economic development of the province?
Alborz province is known in the Iranian economy as a strategic province. 9- What is your plan and solution for collecting claims?

13- In your opinion, what is the role of efficient manpower in the success and superiority of branches? What is your plan to increase the skill and knowledge of your collection staff and the succession process?
What is important in human resource development is that the improvement of human resources is not only achieved through technical and specialized training, but also includes human skills to fully understand the staff and familiarity with the techniques and effective ways of working with them.
