Tehran is the fourth most expensive city in the world in housing

Beijing China is third with 49.8 and Tehran with 48.4 is the fourth city in the world with the lowest household purchasing power. Colombo, Sri Lanka is fifth, Shenzhen is sixth, Hong Kong is seventh, Hong Kong is seventh, Shanghai is eighth, Manila, Philippines is ninth and Mumbai is tenth.

Among major cities, Taipei ranks 13th, Seoul 15th, Bangkok Thailand 20th, Isfahan 30th, Moscow 31st, Paris 39th, Beirut 43rd, Delhi 53rd, Munich 80th, Kabul 96th. Karachi is 100th, Istanbul 107th, Tokyo 117th, Baghdad 135th, Antalya 183rd, Oman Jordan 231st, Manama 356th and Muscat Oman is 387th.

Also, the highest purchasing power is in American cities, where the ratio of housing prices to household income is between 1.5 and 4.5. In other words, in American cities, households can afford to buy a house with savings of 1.5 to 4 years.
