Tehran University has the potential to become a ranking authority in the region

According to IRNA’s Department of Science and Education, from Tehran University’s public relations, Dr. Ali Akbar Mousavi Mohadi, professor emeritus of Tehran University and head of Tehran University’s Biochemistry and Biophysics Research Center, stated: The formation of this club will improve the university’s scientific status.
He emphasized on the use of scientific diplomacy to improve the position of Tehran University at the international level and said: it is necessary to reflect the scientific activities carried out in a way so that the world becomes aware of our activities.
Professor Emeritus of Tehran University emphasized on the definition of course headings in English language and added: We have very good course headings in Tehran University, and it is appropriate that the headings and titles should be in English language so that we can introduce our scientific ability at the international level.
He evaluated the introduction of professors of Tehran University to receive scientific awards and membership in prestigious scientific academies of countries to improve the international ranking of the university and said: the university deserves to invest in this field so that we can increase the membership and presence of Tehran University professors in academies and circles. Provide science and encourage professors to become members of these academies.
In another part of his speech, the head of Tehran University’s Biochemistry and Biophysics Research Center suggested that Tehran University’s Science Scholars Club can act as a central nucleus for Tehran University’s role as a ranking authority in the country and region.
