Tehranis have borrowed 3.5 times as much as other provinces

The ratio of banks’ lending to the population of each province in the first seven months of this year shows that this index is higher than the average per capita facilities of the whole country only in Tehran province, and the per capita payment facilities of other provinces were lower than the national average.
The ratio of banks lending to the population of Tehran province in the first seven months of this year was about 18 times this index in Sistan and Baluchistan.
The Central Bank’s report on the state of lending by banks shows that the balance of the country’s banks has increased from 5,583 thousand at the beginning of this year to more than 6,347 at the end of October. In other words, during the first 7 months of 1402, 764 loans were paid by the banking system and the balance of their facilities was added.
Taking into account the forecast made by the statistics center of the country’s population in 1401 (equivalent to 84 million and 700 thousand people), it can be said that the ratio of bank loans to the average of the entire country during this period was about 9 million tomans.
Deprived provinces at the bottom of the list of banking facilities
The state of per capita banking facilities during the first 7 months of 1402 by provinces shows that only Tehran province is at a level higher than the average per capita facilities of the whole country and the per capita facilities received by other provinces was lower than the national average.
Based on this, the ratio of lending by banks to the population of Tehran province is at a higher level than this index in other provinces.
During the first 7 months of 1402, more than 32 million Tomans of bank loans were paid for each person in Tehran province, which is 3.5 times the average per capita banking facilities in the country.
After Tehran, Yazd province is in the second place, so that during the mentioned period, about 7 million and 880 thousand Tomans were paid for bank loans per person in this province.
The third highest amount of bank facility payment per person in 7 months of this year also belongs to Semnan province, which is about 7.7 million Tomans.
On the other hand, the record holder of the lowest amount of loan that was paid per person by the banking system during the first 7 months of this year was related to the residents of Sistan and Baluchistan province, so that per person in this province, only one million and 760 thousand tomans of bank loans is paid.
Statistics show that the amount of loan paid per person in Tehran province was more than 18 times that of a person in Sistan and Baluchistan province.
After Sistan and Baluchistan province, the second lowest per capita amount of facilities paid belongs to West Azarbaijan province, so that during the first 7 months of this year, about 2 million and 900 thousand tomans of bank facilities have been paid per person in this province.
The provinces of Gilan and Kurdistan are also mentioned in the third and fourth ranks with the lowest per capita amount of bank facilities in the period, which was about 3 million tomans.
