According to the meteorological announcement, stable weather prevails in most of the country’s regions until the last hours of Friday, and due to the stability and stillness of the air, the concentration of atmospheric pollutants increases in industrial cities, especially in Karaj, Tehran, Arak and Isfahan, which causes a decrease in the air quality of these areas.
From the beginning of this year to today, 9 days of clean air, 183 days of acceptable air, 74 days of unhealthy air for sensitive groups and 10 days of unhealthy air for all groups have been recorded in the air pollution index of the capital city.
