Television twins fell victim to the corona

According to Fars News Agency, quoting Euronews, Bogdanov’s twins, the leaders of French television science programs, fell victim to the corona six days later.

The Bogdanov brothers, known since the 1980s as pioneers of the simple design of complex scientific issues on television, and who in later years had gained worldwide fame for their “beauty” and bizarre faces, were six days apart. They died of Covid-19 disease.

Igor Bogdanov, 72, died Monday evening, January 3, just six days after his brother Grishka died of complications from Covid-19. Neither of the brothers had been vaccinated, and relatives said they were confident they would not get the Corona virus due to their extremely healthy lifestyle and adherence to social protocols.

The family of the two brothers did not comment on the cause of death, but Grishka died on December 28, after several days in the intensive care unit of a hospital in Paris.

The Bogdanov twins became famous in France in the 1980s with the science-fiction program Time X. They transformed their faces into space humans with cosmetic surgery and became part of the common memory of today’s middle-aged French.

The two prominent brothers were later accused by French and even American scholars of copying their doctoral dissertations and at least one of their books, God and Science.

The two brothers, meanwhile, were due to stand trial in January for cheating on a mentally ill millionaire.
