Tenants read / Registration of mortgage mortgage starts from 10 o’clock today

According to Tejarat News, the registration of applicants for housing deposit assistance facilities will start at 10 am today through the system of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.

Radio The Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction announced the beginning of the registration of applicants for housing deposit assistance facilities until another hour through the website of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development at http://saman.mrud.ir.

According to the decision of the Monetary and Credit Council and from the facilities of Article 4 of the Housing Production Leap Law, in order to support tenants in the current year, up to 40,000 billion Tomans of housing deposit assistance facilities will be paid through the introduction of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development in operating banks.

The ceiling of housing deposit assistance facilities in Tehran, provincial centers and other urban areas is 100, 70 and 40 million Tomans, respectively, which is given to applicants with an interest rate of 18% and a 5-year repayment period.

The Director General of the Office of Housing Economics listed the priority of payment of these facilities as applicants who have not received it before. People applying for these facilities must have a lease and a tracking code.
