According to Tejarat News, Mohammad Hassan Alamdari, a member of the board of directors of Maskand Bank, said about the self-owned housing loan: “The amount of loans provided by applicants for self-owned housing is no different from mass builders’ facilities, and the applicant can receive it from Maskan Bank or other banks.”
He pointed out that the mass builder can be both government and private, adding: “Any owner, if he builds more than two residential units, is considered a personal mass builder.”
The member of the board of directors of Maskan Bank stated that the owner himself means that the land ownership document is in the name of the private or real sector, and specified: each owner can get a loan to build a number of units under construction, but only one unit. Can register in its own name.
According to the decision of the Monetary and Credit Council, applicants can receive construction loans of 450 million Tomans, 400 million, 350 million, 300 million and 250 million Tomans in Tehran, cities with a population of more than one million, provincial centers, other cities and villages, respectively.
According to the Housing Production Leap Law, banks will have to pay 360,000 billion tomans in loans in the form of the National Housing Movement this year, and this amount of loans will increase in the coming years in proportion to the inflation announced by the Central Bank.
