The 7-episode series “Ashura” is ready to be aired/ Teaser unveiling of the series – Mehr news agency Iran and world’s news

According to Mehr news agency, citing the public relations of Sima, the series “Ashura” directed by Hadi Hejazifar was ready to be shown in 7 episodes after the success of its movie version called “Mahdi Situation”.

“Ashura” series narrates part of the struggle of the commander of the Ashura division, Shahid Mehdi Bakri and his brother Hamid Bakri.

This series is the first work of Hadi Hejazifar and produced by Sima Film Center, which starts its broadcast on Friday, August 27 at 10 PM on One Sima channel, weekly.

The cinema version of the “Ashura” series called “Mahdi’s Situation” won five awards at the 40th Fajr Film Festival, including the Crystal Simorgh for the best film, and was able to win the title of the best-selling holy defense film in the history of Iranian cinema. This work was also praised by the leader of the revolution.

Hadi Hijazifar, Zila Shahi, Vahid Hijazifar, Masoume Rabbania, Vahid Aghapour and Ruhollah Zamani play roles in the “Ashura” series.
