The activity of “Fartak” e-commerce insurance company is prohibited
According to the financial monetary news quoted by Markazi Bimeh, a company called “Fartak Electronic Commerce” without obtaining a license to provide insurance services, whether direct or online, in the city of Shiraz, advertises and provides insurance services. It is banned by the insurance industry watchdog.
Based on the investigations and numerous reports about the illegal activities of the mentioned complex, the insurance companies are informed to refrain from any cooperation with it. The statement said: “As any insurance activity outside the relevant laws and regulations announced by the Insurance Industry Supervisory Authority is not allowed, any cooperation of branches and representatives of insurance companies with the said collection is declared illegal.”
The announcement adds: in case of identifying any cooperation of the sales network with unauthorized and unlicensed persons and offices, the company and the relevant representatives will be treated in accordance with the regulations.
