The ambiguities of the “Organizing the Automotive Industry” plan were resolved

According to Tejarat News, Hadi Tahan Nazif, the spokesman of the Guardian Council, said in connection with the plan to “organize the automobile industry”: “This plan was discussed in the recent meeting of the Guardian Council.” In the previous stage, we did not have any religious or legal contradictions regarding this plan, and there were only three ambiguities, which were resolved by the investigations carried out in the Guardian Council, and the Guardian Council has no ambiguities or objections to this plan.

He added: “Of course, the High Supervisory Board of the Expediency Discernment Council had some objections to this plan in terms of policies, which we should pass to the parliament according to the regulations, but the Guardian Council has no objections to this plan.”

Earlier, a spokesman for the Guardian Council said that the Expediency Council’s oversight board had declared the “car industry reorganization plan” contrary to the system’s general policies, and that the board’s previous objections remained in force, so it would be announced to parliament.
