The amount of rural housing loans will increase – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, the ceiling for rural housing loans of 200,000 units per year is currently 200 million tomans, which was approved by the Council of Ministers in November 1401. This amount covers a part of the costs of building housing in villages and cities with less than 25 thousand people, and the government plans to increase the amount of this loan.

At the beginning of September this year, Mehrdad Bazarpash, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, announced: Rural housing facilities and their increase are among the agendas that have been emphasized in the Supreme Housing Council.

In this regard, the spokesperson of the government announced today: At the suggestion of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and the approval of the Council of Ministers, the government agreed with the regulations for granting facilities for the improvement and renovation of rural housing for 1402.

According to Ali Bahadri Jahormi, last year we increased the amount of improvement and renovation of rural housing to 200 million tomans, which increases both this amount and the number of facilities.

According to the report, the Housing Foundation is responsible for the construction of 1.6 million units of the National Housing Movement, which according to the latest statistics provided by the foundation’s officials, 295,000 urban units and 290,000 rural units are being implemented by the Housing Foundation.

Based on this, the total number of units under construction by the Housing Foundation reaches 585,000 units. This August, the former head of the Housing Foundation promised that this figure will increase to 800,000 houses by the end of the year.
