The problems of building Mehr residential houses

Mehr housing houses were supposed to be a way for a large number of tenants who wished to own a house to own a house with a low amount. But now, after more than a decade has passed since the construction of Mehr housing began and the rampant increase in inflation, it is not clear how many percent of the applicants are still able to pay the costs of the units.

On the other hand, even now, the government has a high debt to contractors, and due to the severe lack of budget this year, it seems that there is no ability to pay these debts. Of course, this budget deficit is another obstacle to cover the costs of this project.

As mentioned, there are only less than two months left until the end of this year, and even if the government is able to deliver the units to the applicants in this period despite the mentioned problems, it seems that it will not have the required quality.
