According to Moj news agency, Sadegh Ziyaian, the head of the National Center for Forecasting and Crisis Management of Weather Risks, stated about the weather conditions of the country: on Wednesday (August 19) in the provinces of Gilan, Mazandaran, Golestan, North Khorasan, Fars, Central, East Hamedan, and West Isfahan. , Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad, east of Lorestan, west of Hormozgan and the heights and slopes of Alborz in Tehran, Alborz and Semnan provinces, cloud growth, rain showers, sometimes thunder and temporary strong wind are expected in the afternoon hours.
The head of the National Center for Forecasting and Crisis Management of Weather Risks added: These conditions are expected on Thursday (August 20) in the heights and slopes of central Alborz and central and southern Zagros. From Friday to Sunday (August 21 to 23), relatively stable weather prevails in most parts of the country.
He added: During the next five days, strong winds will blow in parts of the northeast, east, southeast, and center, and on Thursday to Saturday (August 20 to 22), in parts of the south of the country, and in susceptible areas, especially the Zabul region, dust and dust will decrease. Air quality is expected.
According to Ziyayan, the formation of a dust mass in Iraq and its transfer to the western and southwestern regions of the country is not far from expected in the next three days.
He added: “During the next five days, the eastern sea of Oman will be rough.”
The head of the National Center for Forecasting and Crisis Management of Weather Risks said about the weather situation in Tehran in the next two days: the sky in Tehran will be clear tomorrow (August 20) and sometimes windy with a minimum temperature of 25 and a maximum temperature of 35 degrees Celsius and clear on Friday (August 21). And sometimes the wind is predicted with a minimum temperature of 25 and a maximum temperature of 35 degrees Celsius.
In the end, Ziyaian said: Today and tomorrow (August 19 and 20), Ahvaz is the hottest with a temperature of 50 and 49 degrees Celsius, and Ardabil is the coldest with a temperature of 12 and 13 degrees Celsius.
