The average housing price in Tehran in November is 75 million tomans

According to Iran Economist, the central bank published the latest developments in housing transactions in Tehran in November. A review of published data indicates that a total of 3,593 residential units were traded in this month, that residential units with five years of construction had more applicants, and 28.6% of the transactions are related to the mentioned units.

Also, in the month of November, the demand for buying housing in Panj area was higher than in other 22 areas of Tehran, and 14.7% of transactions were related to this area. Regions 10, 2, and 4, respectively, had the highest demand for buying and selling in November.

How much is the housing price in different areas?

In November of this year, the average price of one square meter of residential unit infrastructure is 75,770,000 Tomans, which has increased by 62.2% compared to November of last year.

According to this report, region 3 has the highest average price among the 22 regions with 135 million and 740 thousand tomans, while region 18 has the lowest price among the regions with 35 million tomans.

The most demand for buying units less than 80 square meters

Examining the frequency distribution of the number of residential units traded in Tehran in November 1402 shows that the demand for units with a floor area of ​​less than 80 square meters was more than other units and accounted for 55.8% of the transactions.

Also, 54.8% of residential units were traded in November at a price lower than the average price (75 million Tomans). According to Central Bank statistics, 57.5% of transactions in November were related to residential units with a value of 6 billion Tomans.

2% growth of rent in Tehran

Statistics show that housing rent in Tehran increased by 2% in November compared to October and by 3% in all urban areas.

The point-to-point growth of rent in Tehran in November compared to the previous month is 51.6% and in all urban areas is 57.7%.
